Down To $115 Again, But Where’s The Top Story?
I suppose we shouldn’t be all that surprised, but still, it does make one question the priorities of the news media. Yahoo! was posting front-page stories every time oil prices hit a new record like it a video game and we were supposed to be keeping score.
Which leads me to my main point: is the new media’s purpose to keep people abreast of all new developments, or just the “bad” ones? I mean, oil prices dropping down because we have a surplus should be newsworthy, right?
