exactly.

"..But since Iraq is a country rich in natural resources, and it’s becoming increasingly clearer that the U.S. isn’t going to be in the country forever, it’s only fair that we expect them to increase their payments"

huh? So because they have natural resources and you guys are planning on leaving in the next decade, how is that an argument for them to foot more of the bill for the destruction that the Americans did to their country? I don't  see the logic in your argument.</description>
